Q When can I get a quote?
A We usually quote within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. If you need a price very urgently, please call us so we will give a priority to your inquiry.

Q Can you give me a discount for a bulk order?
A We do offer quantity discounts on our wide range of products. Please contact our sales team for a specific discount according to your order amount.
All prices quoted are net prices and exclusive of VAT. Prices are quoted in US dollars, unless specifically stated otherwise. Carriage costs are always charged extra.

Q What are your small order charges?
A Any order under $300.00 in goods value is subject to a small order charge of $30.00.

Q What is your cancellation policy?
A We are unable to accept cancellation of any orders after the earlier of either: 5 days from receipt of your order or dispatch of your goods. Notice of any order cancellation made within 5 days of receipt of the order must be in writing, and will only be deemed to have been accepted when we agree this in writing.

Q What are my delivery and payment options?
A We can offer a number of different shipping methods, such as DHL, UPS, FeDex or by air or by sea if the shipment is heavy.
We require payment or receipt of cleared funds before we can start to process your order. On receipt of your order, we will raise a proforma invoice, which we will email to you. We would then ask you to either pay via bank transfer or PayPal. Items that are in stock are usually dispatched on the same day.

Q What is your return and refund policy?
A We offer one year warranty against all of our products. We accept return or refund if any of the products are found to be defective. However, we are not responsible for any damaged products due to improper use. Please check each item carefully when your order arrives, any claims of incorrect orders or damaged pieces should be filed within 3 days upon delivery.
